KCM is a global community of Kingdom Citizens. Teachings on this platform are to create awareness of who you are in Christ and the assignment He has for you. This is a heavy mandate — but God has given us His Spirit to guide us.
Every child of God is an arrow He is preparing for a specific purpose. God fights with His children as His arrows. (Psalm 127:3-5)
The church is likened to an exalted mountain — the comfort place for the world. Members are positioned at a place of authority and dominion. (Isaiah 2:2)

Steward Boliver S. Owusu is the founder of Kingdom Citizens Ministries (KCM) and the KCM Foundation. Since 2019, he has been divinely empowered to bring spiritual clarity to his generation, focusing his ministry on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and Dominion Living. Rooted in Ghana, this mandate has rapidly grown into a global movement, uniting believers across every continent who share a heart for fulfilling God’s will.
In tandem with his spiritual ministry, the KCM Foundation serves as a philanthropic pillar dedicated to improving the well-being of the next generation. The foundation provides critical aid, community relief, and educational scholarships to underprivileged children, orphanages, and rural communities. Driven by a passion for equal educational access and humanitarian support, Steward Owusu strategically partners with professional athletes to transform this mission into reality.
Steward Owusu’s life and labor are anchored in Revelation 11:15: “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” Guided by this scripture, he works tirelessly to play his part in the fulfillment of biblical prophecy.
